Assisting in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards. Helps with food prep, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Assisting in inventory management and ordering of supplies. Observing and learning from the head chef and kitchen staff to gain knowledge and skills in all areas of the kitchen. Helps with menu planning and development. Participating in menu tastings and special events.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
