I have been working in hospitality industry for the past 2 years with few months at BPO industry, handling day to day customer transactions and services. I am currently part of the Soul-Link Youth Organization last year, where we conduct E-sports gaming, streaming, graphic arts, social media management and content creation in pursue to share Bible teaching. I started loving being a content creator and social media manager in the organization. That’s why I changed my career from the hospitality industry. I pride myself on my attention to detail and ability to take consistent actions. I’m looking for an ambitious company, where I can join a strong team and make a positive impact.

-Inventory Clerk – keeps track of goods and supplies in the hotel restaurant and managed orders and production. That includes signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.
-Kitchen Crew – Cleans all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef. Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.
Takes food and drink orders. Serving customers. Operates cash registers and receive payment from customer in cash or credit card. Maintaining dining areas and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, washing dishes and cleaning floors.
Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner. Evaluate problem and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them. Respond to the needs of customers and provide standard service. Provides information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer.
Prepares and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
Serves meals by assembling, combining and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications. Attends to
detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders.
