Hello! I am a passionate virtual assistant a keen, hard working, reliable and excellent time keeper. Able to communicate well with people at all levels. I do have also relevant skills and experience in customer service, logistics, emails, generating daily sales report researching which is useful for being a virtual assistant. I can handle all transactions and can perform various administrative tasks. Making sure that will give updates and satisfaction to my clients. Also, if you allow me that opportunity to work with you. -Accepting shipments from customers following LBC's standards and acceptance rules.
-Ensuring meeting the customer satisfaction in customer service.
-Safe keep all acceptances for the day and must see to it that they are forwarded/ turned over during cut off time.
- Responding to emails/inquries in the day to day transaction or descrepancies.
- Do daily sales report of the branch every end of the day.
- Processing all kind of remittances for domistic/international transactions.
- Contacting customer's trough phone call if needed.
Have strong experience in customer service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
