I gained my Human Resources knowledge over the course of over 13 years in the sector. I am skilled in data entry and provide great functional and technical HRIS support. I'm also capable of aiding the department with a variety of HR-related tasks, such as updating organizational charts on a regular basis, updating the department's information on the corporate website, and other HR programs, such as strategic planning, recruitment and/or sourcing, and timekeeping. In addition, I am proud of my expertise and experience in giving administrative support to the company when needed, as well as assisting with the company's appraisal programs. I work well with others and have developed the capacity to pay close attention to detail when necessary. In times of crisis, I've improved my capacity to make sound decisions. Worked with culturally varied coworkers, I have assisted numerous areas for over three years in European and Southeast Asian countries.

Last 2019 until July 2020, I attempted to start a small business selling canned products, mainly sardines. I was in charge of our social media profiles, which included Facebook and Instagram. I've used Google Forms to help our small business with tracking, producing order forms, and other tasks. Being the social media manager was fun since it gave me experience creating material to increase our sales.
