Prepare reports and perform administrative task. Process intercompany incoming and outgoing recharge requests. Calculate the intercompany recharges for specific cost centers and reconcile GL balances. Investigate and resolve any errors. Lead intercompany netting with involved teams and apply payments. Resolve al issues. Update and submit Inter-Company reports to corporate. Prepare AP net Reconciliation. Deliver service excellence and promote customer satisfaction. Ensure the service level andtargets are met as per Service Level Agreements. Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues. Ensure the issues are well-documented, prioritized, tracked and resolved within SLA. Prepare accruals. And posting of all incoming and outgoing charges.
-Supports US account and prepares Bank Documents. Responsible for posting all incoming payments to correct customer accounts and reconciles account. Coordinatewith collection team. Work with customer to obtain remittance documentation. Generate and review auto cash extraction report.
-Communicate with the customers to obtain on how they wanted to closeand apply their payment when there is over payment, short payment, duplicate payment and no remittance details.
Posting and allocation of cash accurately to customer account. Assisting in maintaining unallocated cash within agreed limits. Demonstrate understanding of reconciliation process and understand accounting impact and double entry of the cash application process. Daily reconciliation of all clearing account to ensure all receipts are accounted for. Record daily payment to appropriate accounts for various customers. Ensure timely response related to month end closing process.
