-Manage and maintain the Etsy store, including uploading new products, creating product listings, and optimizing product descriptions for SEO.
-Conduct market research and use SEO strategies to improve the store's visibility and ranking on search engines.
-Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with our store policies.
-Monitor inventory levels, including re-ordering products as necessary.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to the Etsy store.
-Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Create and manage meta tags, keywords, and other SEO-related content.
-Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Prepares and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports of assigned categories.
• Assists the Merchandise Manager in distributing and allocating the merchandise to the stores. Ensures even distribution of new arrivals among stores and maintains a complete assortment for each store at any given time.
• Responsible for coordinating with the principals regarding defective and incomplete arrivals for proper action plans.
• Responsible for daily monitoring of stocks ensuring that all stores are well stocked and all stock requests from stores are attended to. Also checks stock levels in the warehouse and would recommend if there is a need to re-order replenishment quantities.
• Assists the Merchandise Manager in all aspects of selection and procurement of merchandise.
• Reviews with the Merchandise Manager the selling of products at both high and low level of detail.
• Actively participates in all sales analysis that is needed to come up with a purchase plan, marketing plan and/or business review.
• Assists the Merchandise Manager in all correspondences with the suppliers pertinent to the brand. Ensures that all inquiries are answered on a timely basis.
• Ensures that all necessary correspondence (price adjustments / revisions, new merchandise descriptions, promo memo etc.) with the stores are sent out and received by the Sales Staff on a timely basis.
• Conducts regular store visits with the Merchandise Manager to check on merchandise; to train the sales staff on merchandise information; to conduct meetings to assess store requirements.
• Works closely with store operations for customer concerns regarding merchandise inquiries.
• Conducts regular warehouse visits with the Merchandise Manager to monitor inventory and check on other stock replenishments; to check new arrivals, defective merchandise, and other related problems.
• Works closely with Visual Merchandising to ensure aesthetics and quality of display is at its best and also up to brands standards.
-Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
-Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media -posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
-Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
-Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
-Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
-Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Respond to emails, chat messages and social media posts from customers and interested parties.
• Attend to all inbound calls, inquiries on travel packages.
• Offer the customer discounted deals and add-ons to hit the agency monthly sales quota.
• Assist the customer in preparing an itinerary that fits his budget.
• Aid customers in planning a travel itinerary that fits their budget.
• Coordinate with customers when booking flights, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing schedules, and other special requests.
• Recommend the best restaurants, shopping destinations, and must do activities.
• Assist customers in having their passports renewed and in securing Visas in
• foreign countries.
• Attend to various concerns and problems faced by customers such as change of flight schedule, lack of available flights, and issues in transportation and hotel accommodations.
• Attend to requests for special accommodations of people with special needs, the elderly, and very young children.
• Conduct research on the best hotel accommodations in the Philippines covering first-class and for those on a tight budget.
• Create a database of the most reliable providers of transportation and tour services.
• Actively promote and sell the different tour packages offered by the agency, through social media posts, sales call, and other events.
• Prepares Purchase Order in booking flights and Booking Order for hotel reservation.
• Liquidates breakdown of expenses from funds given to tour guides.
