•       TRACKER OF A DESIGN ENGINEER

-                  - In this tracker as a Team Lead, I encode and know if a site is already have an HLD (kmz file), if the site is already surveyed or if a site is already have an As-plan (LLD). I also encode here the details of the Proposed As-plan and the details of the As-plan after it was approved by the client. I also put here the assigned Design Engineer of the site.

•        TRACKER OF AFI PLANS

-                 -  AFI Plans is the approved plan of the Client, this is also the plan that’s going to be used in site for implementation.

-        In this tracker I encode the details of the AFI Plans.

• TRACKER OF PURCHASED ORDER NUMBER FOR WORKABLE AND NON-WORKABLE SITES
• MONITORING OF IMPLEMENTATION SITES

                 - In here, I tracked and encode whether the site is already Implemented, for activation or drop using Excel.

      I encode here the target lines that need to be implemented, and I also used this to know which site is need permitting.

•       TRACKER OF AS-BUILT PLAN

-                   -  As-Built plan is the Plan after it was implemented, this is the final plan of a Site.

-                   -  As the Team Lead, I encode here the details of the As-built plan, who is the assigned Design Engineer, and whether if the                As-built plan is already approved by my Bosses for the Sunvizion.

• THIS IS THE TRACKER I MADE FOR THE PLANS (SOFT FILES OR HARD FILES)

 - I use this tracker to know if the files of a certain site are already complete or not for the purpose of Billing.

•         LIST OF POLE TAGS FOR THE POLE THAT HAS BEEN BUILT TO A SITE.

                      -As the Team Lead, I need to request and compile the Pole Tags. I also need to include the Site Name, Longitude/Latitude, the size of the pole, and it’s usage to the tracker.

•          LIST OF STENCIL ID’S THAT GONNA BE PUT IN LCP/NAP BOXES.

-                       -  As the Team Lead, I need to request and compile the Stencil ID’s. I also include the Site Name, Homing Node, and  the # of LCP’s to the tracker.

• -        LIST OF NAP AUGMENTATION’S 

-                         I also request and compile the NAP Augmentation’s. It includes the city, Barangay., Site Name, No. of LCP and NAP, and the total lines.

    GLOBE AC POWER PROJECT

•        TRACKER OF GLOBE  AC POWER 

              -This is the tracker for Globe AC Power, we use this data to know the details of a certain site.

                      - Just by looking into this tracker we get to know the Scope of a site that we need for the Proposed TSSR and it's location.

•        TSSR  TRACKER

This is the TSSR Tracker I made.

This tracker helps me to monitor the status of the TSSR whether if the TSSR is already passed or approved by my bosses and the client. I also used this tracker to know if a TSSR is need a revision.

I used dates to know the status because, in this way we can monitor how long does a TSSR to be approved by my Bosses and the Client so that I can follow it up if it takes them a week on the For checking status.

• EE PLAN TRACKER

This is the EE Plan Tracker I made.

Just like the tracker of the TSSR, I used this tracker to monitor the status of the EE Plan whether the EE Plan is already approved by my bosses and the client.

I also used dates here to monitor how long does it take for the EE Plan to be approved by my bosses and the client so that I can follow it up if it takes a week for them to check it.
