An experienced Customer Service Specialist with a positive attitude who can work under pressure. Decision Making, problem solving and multitasking are few skills that I’ve acquired as CS Specialist. Consistently passing scorecards and meeting deadlines and a consistent awardee.

I might be new in a pure Virtual setup role but I believe I am well equipped with the skills set required for a position. I can definitely manage because this is a familiar environment for me since my present company is already on a hybrid setup.

I would love and very open to learn new niches aside from Customer Service like Amazon FBA, bookkeeping and real estate. Trained for General Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation and Email Marketing. Currently under up-skill training for Amazon FBA and still willing to learn more about different niches.
