When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I felt I had more to offer. I spent over 9 years as a technical support professional in the BPO industry before becoming a quality assurance specialist, coach, and trainer. I formerly worked at PayPal, AT&T-DirecTV, and Comcast-Xfinity. I want to go above and beyond, therefore I've decided to take a different path and focus on my desire to gain expertise in social media management and content development. I've developed a thriving e-commerce store using a web-based shopping service, and I'm continuing to create engaging content to expand my profile and reach across many social media platforms.
