For a school project at the University of Manila, I explored Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and their role in protecting confidential information. This project revealed the practical and legal nuances of NDAs, from their definitions to their real-world applications and case law insights.

Legal Document Drafting Samples

As part of my General Virtual Assistant Training, our trainer assigned us to draft various legal documents, including lease agreements, contracts, and last wills and testaments. These samples showcase the skills and knowledge I gained during the training, demonstrating my ability to handle diverse legal documentation tasks effectively.

1. Lease Agreement Sample 

Here’s a lease agreement I put together, featuring a one-year rental arrangement between Maria Santos (Lessor) and Juan Dela Cruz (Lessee) for a residential property in Makati City. The agreement covers a monthly rent of PHP 30,000 and outlines who’s responsible for utilities and major repairs. As a newcomer in drafting legal documents, this sample reflects my efforts to create clear and straightforward agreements.

2. Last Will and Testament

This document is a Last Will and Testament for Eleanor M. Villanueva. It outlines her wishes for distributing her estate, including specific inheritances for family members and other bequests.

3. Employment Contract 

This contract provides a comprehensive overview of employment terms, including termination conditions and property return protocols. It underscores my ability to quickly understand and manage critical contractual details, reflecting my readiness to excel as a virtual assistant. My grasp of these key elements showcases my adaptability and strong learning skills, even in the absence of prior virtual or legal experience.
