I started working for different BPOs here in the Philippines in 2011 then I fully transitioned to a work-from-home set-up in 2015. I was assigned to various LOBs and landed different job positions that helped me hone my skills. I currently work as a lead manager for a real estate company and the tasks I was immersed in benefited me in understanding how the business works and what my role as a Senior Property Specialist does.
