- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat about our products, including ingredients, usage instructions, product facts and suitability for different pets.
- Social media tasks - handling comments, scheduling posts, basic graphic design, content writing, creating forms and survey, monitoring feedback in all social media platforms.
- Address shipping-related inquiries, such as tracking packages, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
