More Info About Me
Hi there! I' am Karl Louise Pascua from Dapdap Bamban Tarlac. Let's talk about my work experiences. First of all I've been with iQor for a year and 8 months, I was a sales agent there as well as customer service representative. We usually cater elderlies so expected that most of our calls which is inbound calls are granny calls and needed to be patient all the time. I handled two in that company both sales and customer service. Then after I resigned to iQor I applied on VXI Global and became a chat support there for 5 months and my account on that company was an e commerce account and we cater seller who are currently selling and wanted to sell goods onto that account. I also worked at TaskUs and we cater merchant such as Business Owners, Restaurant Owners, and Managers. It wa like a delivery account named Doordash and I've been there for almost 7 months. After that Uber Philippines hired me as one of their COE Specialist who also supports Business Owners, Restaurant Owners and Managers. I do have the qualifications that a virtual assistant had as well as the experience from my previews companies that I've been with. I also have a background in computer since I graduated as a computer programmer in senior high school. I am also a hard working man, quick learner and eager to learn new knowledge. You can also count on me when it comes to attendance and I can work with a shifting schedule. Additionally, I've been an independent SEO analyst for over five years.
