Over five years, I have been working with various teams/companies that truly honed my abilities and skills, especially in Customer Service. It started from a little freelance gig offered by my network while I'm studying then decided to move into a BPO industry setup after I graduated. This transition strengthened more of my humble beginnings and gave me the courage to start my freelancing journey and gained knowledge about drop shipping.

Currently, I'm a Quality Assurance Specialist in JPMorgan Chase & Co. Before I get this position, I became one of their frontline specialists which assists with real-time concerns from consumers, business owners and bankers - specifically, customer assistance is my core skill.

Even though I have decided to build again my freelancing journey by looking for part-time jobs, I am confident in being extremely professional and consistently responsive in every project that I take on. I am a problem-solver and aim to always give my best by delivering my job well by following instructions accurately, performing tasks and completing them within the deadline.
