My primary role was to make a proactive attempt to identify fraudulent charges via inbound and outbound calls. Detect and minimize credit and fraud risk whilst enabling profitable spending at the same time. I also helped in Point of Sale (POS) approval and post importantly resolved cases within the assigned empowerment limit.
My main responsibility was making cold calls to potential candidates to invite them to a career briefing for a commission-based sales position.
