• Respond quickly to Senior QC Analysts and Lead QA Team Leader concerns, correct errors, and adjust performance to avoid repeating errors
• Provide process improvement suggestions to Lead QA Team Leaders

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients to attend sales presentations via online channels (e-mail, social media, and/or website)
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone, email, and LinkedIn to solicit interest in Callbox.
• Maintains and grows a database of prospects for Callbox with complete contact information and contact history. Such information is derived from conversations, email correspondence, and online sources such as search engines, social media, websites, etc.
• Research data for new and prospective clients, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients with complete contact information and other relevant information needed in the buying process.
• Supply prospect data using different channels, mainly via online research, and other sources such as membership lists, conference attendees, and occasionally via phone calls
• Maintaining a clean, updated database of prospects by removing or modifying data that is not updated, incomplete, irrelevant, duplicated, or improperly formatted.
Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads.
Collect data from online sources and compile data into a file. Ensure that all data is accurate and properly organized.
