I’m a graduate of Business Management with over 13 years of experience as an administrative secretary in the Human Resource Department, Manpower Agency as well in Consulting and Construction Company. I am also experienced working in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative with those types of backgrounds I want to leverage those skills into the role of General Virtual Assistant. With my previous experience, I learned how to multitask as well as to organize my tasks effectively. I successfully managed tasks such as handling 75 employees in a Medical Center, reducing recruitment lead time by 35%, and increasing employee retention by 17%. Process Improvement Implemented a customer feedback mechanism and developed a new customer support process that resulted in a 25% increase in customer satisfaction rate.
Before that, I also worked as Executive Secretary where my main responsibility was to ensure data accurately while maintaining confidential personal records, In addition, My experience in the BPO Industry as a customer representative taught me how to adapt quickly to the diversity of needs of customers as well as learned how to make myself calm in high-pressure situations and it also enhanced my communication skills.
I am passionate about delving deeper into this role and that’s why I’m so excited.

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Process and maintain a database for employees.
Enters information to track employee data regarding working visa, licensing, health insurance, etc.
Assists in the operation of the electronic application system and assists candidates with the application process.
Orders office supplies, organizes and makes arrangements for HR meetings and events, and handles travel and department professional development needs.
Organizes and maintains employee files, and follows up with employees as necessary.
Works with new hires to ensure required paperwork is completely and accurately processed.
Creates and distributes all employee, doctors, and nurses employee access, maintains security protocol, and is responsible for maintaining employee access.
Performs data entry and tracking employee evaluation process, extra duty or increment assignments, and the in service verification process.
Arranging all the schedules, checking, and updating the email of the Managing Director.
Verify the attendance, hours worked, and overtime of the employees to the LOGICARE system.
