As a lead manager, I follow up on leads created by the company, such as Hot and Warm leads, to determine whether they are good or bad leads. ● Make Outbound calls to generate seller leads on auto-dialer (Xencall and Mojo)
● Prequalify and ask sellers if they want to sell their house, ask about the property condition, seller’s situation and their asking price.
● Entering generated leads into the CRM (Podio)
● Making follow-up calls to company-generated leads (Hot/Warm), identifying them if it is a good or bad lead.
● Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections and get their agreement of selling the property

● Contacting and ordering supplies from vendors/contractors; setting up appointments

● Collects on designated high risk delinquent accounts, effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses
