I'm Kaisey, a 26-year-old professional who enjoys learning and growing. My journey started with a degree in Hospitality Management, leading me to a role in resort front desk operations. My front desk gig was cut short due to the pandemic but it also led me to ESL teaching for two years, where I honed my communication and adaptability in various settings. I'm now an Onboarding Manager / Administrator and Chat Support specialist, thriving in a dynamic work-from-home environment. In my free time, I'm diving into graphic and web design, excited to apply my creativity in new ways.
