I worked as a content moderator in this company’s first year. We are moderating videos on a social media platform. And after a year, I was promoted to Quality Coach where I was asked to maintain the quality of the team and to assure to hit the target scores. I also conduct coaching sessions to know the root cause analysis and to create an action plan to ensure the same challenges won’t happen again.
We are supposed to answer the inquiries of customers through calls. We ensure that we can provide help with their concerns.
We are the ones assigned to answer the inquiries and concerns of customers through chat. It’s quite challenging since we’ve been communicating to the customers by chat we’re they can’t feel our concern. But I enjoy staying at this company where my BPO journey starts.
