I’m a 35 year old professional from Tibal-og, Sto. Tomas, Davao Del Norte, Philippines. I am graduate of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Notre Dame of Tacurong College and have also completed the PRO VA Training Program, which has equipped me with the skills needed to excel as a Virtual Assistant.

I undergo of a VA Training Program, I have a mentor , she thought me on how to used the Intuit Quickbook application.
She intructed me to make Invoice, Payroll and Recieve payments.
Supervise the day to day operations of the cashiers office which includes the responsibility for cash and credit receipt and deposit activities of the school.
Prepare and implement internal policy procedures , recommend policies and ensure compliance with school policy, contractual requirements and standard accounting procedures.
Reconcile and balance financial reports and accounts.
Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
Resolve issues and answer questions concerning cashier department.
Participate in the formulations and enforcement of policies on admissions, enrollment , accreditation , graduation , and other related academic matters.
Responsible for admission and selective retention of students , evaluation of scholastic records and credits for purposes of accreditation of transfer units determination of curricular level , scholastic standing , promotion and graduation.
Signs Transcript of Records , certifications and other related documents.
Maintain linkages with other registrars in connection with student records and concerns.
Prepares statistical data for drop outs , shifters and transferees.
Maintains logbooks for recording of incoming request for academic records and releases.
Generate worksheet of consolidated grades , transcript of records , and certification.
Arrangement of students files in the records room.
Using bookkeeping software like Quickbooks, Xero , Zoho , or MS Excel to streamline and manage records efficiently.
Tracking incoming and outgoing payments , issuing invoices , and following up on overdue accounts.
Calculating employee wages, deducting taxes, and ensuring timely payroll distribution.
Comparing the records with bank statement to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Helping businesses create and manage budgets for better financial planning.
