• Receive and process customer requests- provide live chat, phone, and email support and investigate software problems and perform remote troubleshooting and log collection.
• Closely coordinate with business analysts, software engineers and developers, quality assurance specialists, and subject matter experts in completing cases and improving methods for data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Maintain good customer relationships by communicating well and consistently providing high-quality customer service.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
