As an accounting/billing specialist, my job responsibilities include the following:
● Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable: This includes generating and processing invoices, verifying and posting transactions, and reconciling accounts.
● Recording financial transactions: I will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions in the organization's accounting system.
● Communicating with clients and vendors: I will need to communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment issues.
● Maintaining accurate records: I'm responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
● Managing petty cash: I will be responsible for managing petty cash transactions and reconciling the petty cash account.
As a field numerator, my responsibilities include the following:
● Conducting surveys and data collection: I’m responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data in the field using various methods such as phone calls, face-to-face interviews.
● Maintaining accurate records: I’m responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of survey responses and other data collected.
● Following survey protocols: I need to follow established survey protocols and ensure that all surveys are conducted in a standardized and consistent manner.
● Ensuring quality control: I’m responsible for ensuring the quality of the data collected, including identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in survey responses.
● Communicating with survey participants: I need to communicate with survey participants to answer questions, provide instructions, or follow up on incomplete surveys.
