I am a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Services (Associate Degree) with solid experience in the BPO industry, where I handled healthcare, technical support, travel and reservations, and telecommunications accounts. Through these roles, I developed strong skills in customer communication, administrative support, email and calendar management, data handling, problem-solving, and multitasking. I am now transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role, bringing a client-first mindset, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach to remote work.
