I've been working as a VA for 2 years now in a small logistic company based in Chicago USA. My main role is to provide customer service and solve problems related to truck breakdowns. Communicating with brokers/customers, planning and adjusting routes, as well as scheduling drivers to deliver shipments and packages. This job taught me a lot about dealing with problems and thinking outside the box. It's a fast-moving industry so attentions to detail is very vital. Pre pandemic I worked as a Customer expert for 3years in a Telco account (T-Mobile) after working for a year I was promoted to a Senior expert.
