Consolidate and submit reports of the Customers Statement of account along with other branches weekly to Regional Finance Manager and email it to customers. Maintains records of all deductions and verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, logistics and from customers. Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures. Monitor collections by examining customer payment habit, credit terms and coordinate with the collector. Filing of 2307 forms to be submitted to Tax Department. Prepare Transfer Fund Request.
