Provide assistance in payroll-related processes by carefully reviewing timecards and expense receipts. This involves interpretation of timecard data and input into multiple systems for pay and bill within in specified deadlines. I also monitor receipt of
all timecards submitted by Clinician, Client, and Associate Vendor, and ensure all timecard data meets required specifications.
Obtains competent evidential matter to substantiate the fairness of client's financial statements; prepares schedules, summaries, reports based on findings; assist in office functions and special assignments.

calendar management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Provide administrative support: calendar and email management, travel
planning, utility and bill payments, and project coordination.
Act as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for a real estate consultant focused on co-
living properties, preparing presentation decks for meetings and courses,
managing content for social platforms, and supporting business operations.
Support the consultant’s partner in renovation and fix-and-flip projects by
processing and creating invoices, assisting with labor scheduling, paying
workers, consolidating construction supply receipts, and handling simple
bookkeeping tasks.
Utilize Vulcan7 for daily lead generation and Propwire/PropStream for verifying
property data, ownership, and equity.
Social Media Management: Design and schedule posts (pubmats) for Facebook
and Instagram, manage content calendars, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Prepare visual materials for client meetings and online courses
