BSBA Marketing Management

When the pandemic shifted my college years online, I discovered a world I never expected to love—virtual assistance and digital marketing. While earning my degree in Marketing Management (and making the Dean’s List multiple times), I realized I had a natural talent for organizing, creating, and helping businesses grow online.
After graduation, I gained real-world experience in both event management and operations. With a background in project management and team coordination at Hidden Garden Los Angeles, I supported event planning by curating proposals, creating compelling graphics, and assisting with social media efforts.
At C & J Catering, I managed daily operations and client communications—juggling priorities while ensuring smooth execution. These experiences strengthened my skills in project tracking, communication, and problem-solving, while teaching me the importance of attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
I later transitioned into e-commerce support and digital marketing. At Yates Jewelers, a California-based fine jewelry brand, I manage Pinterest, run ad campaigns, and create seasonal content aimed at increasing visibility and sales. Previously, I also managed their BigCommerce store, handling product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and digital assets—giving me hands-on experience with e-commerce management.
Today, I combine my experience in operations, project management, and digital marketing to support businesses as a Virtual Assistant. I’m confident using tools like Google Suite, Canva, Asana, and various ad platforms, bringing a balance of creativity, organization, and adaptability. At my core, I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to help businesses grow—whether it’s keeping a store organized, running marketing campaigns, or supporting teams behind the scenes.
I’m excited to bring that passion and expertise to every project I take on, turning ideas into results and challenges into opportunities. If you’re looking for someone who can help elevate your business digitally with creativity, dedication, and care, I’d love to connect and make it happen!

As an Underwriting Assistant Intern at Insular Life Insurance Company, I have gained valuable experience in the insurance industry and play a crucial role in supporting our underwriting team. The nature of the role was to assist in reviewing and analyzing insurance applications for completeness and accuracy, verify applicant information by contacting clients, brokers, and other relevant parties, perform data entry, maintain underwriting records and databases, assist in preparing quotes and policy documentation and support fellow underwriters in assessing risk and determining appropriate policy terms.
Being one of the graphic designers of the company, I also had the opportunity to apply my creative skills in a corporate setting. I experienced working closely with the marketing team to design and produce visually appealing materials that convey the company's message and brand identity.
In the heart of the agricultural sector, my role as a Data Entry Specialist was defined by precision. The role was to encode the names of farmer recipients into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency were paramount. The cooperative served as the hub for connecting farmers with essential resources, and my task was pivotal. The names I entered represented real individuals and families, each with their unique story and farming needs. They depended on the cooperative for seeds, fertilizers, and guidance on best agricultural practices. After all, the job had its challenges, from deciphering handwritten forms to handling a high volume of data. However, it was a small price to pay for the satisfaction of knowing that my precision contributed to the success of the farming community.

One of the biggest proposals I am glad to be part of was the Super Bowl on Feb 11, 2024, as the company I am working with has been decorating this largest single sporting event in America for 13 years.
