Human Resource Information System Officer- Organizing and maintaining the 201 files of the employees (Soft copy and hard copy). Maintains all the information of the company pertaining to Corporate Memorandum and other communications. Also support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. Specific duties include but not limited to the following tasks:
• Facilitate on boarding requirements such as NHO and Contract Signing
• Filing of Employees 201 files. Employment Requirements and Contracts
• Maintaining Database of the Employees Career and Promotion Records
• Provides support to HR Officer and CompBen by providing necessary documents
• Monitor all Employee sign off sheets and client policies.
• Maintain DOLE and PEZA Reports
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Provided comprehensive administrative support to clients, effectively managing their day-to-day tasks.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
