EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
-Schedule appointments, and maintain and update General Managers, C-Level, and BOD on their daily calendars.
-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
-Making Board Resolution, Secretary’s Certificate, etc.
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
-Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
-Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
-Handling Projects and communicating with the contractors and suppliers.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
-Attend and prepare minutes of the meeting.
-Oversees daily work and activity of staff
FINANCE SUPERVISOR
-Keep accounting records in accordance with internal ---Company policy and procedures, accounting standards, and tax rules
Handle BIR compliance matters such as tax returns filing and BIR assessment and inquiries, as well as SEC and local tax compliance
Responsible for the timely preparation and filing of VAT, income tax, withholding tax, and other tax returns within the deadlines prescribed
Prepare monitoring and reconciliation of tax-related accounts in the books/related schedules against tax returns/reports
Preparation of withholding tax certificates to suppliers

- Ensure the payment of Rent and Utilities Bills.
-Weekly Checking of Stocks and Cloths Display.
-Weekly Report for Discrepancy on Inventory.
-Creating Design of Weekly Flyers, promo's, Facebook profiles and Covers using CANVA.
- Doing administrative and clerical tasks.
- Organizes and maintains important and highly confidential files/records.
