My primary job responsibilities as a receptionist was providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors and clients. Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately. Sorting mail, sending emails, and handling faxes. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments. Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and photocopying. Providing information and assistance to visitors and callers. Ensuring office equipment is functional and following security procedures. Receptionists are crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
As a data entry specialist intern, My typical duties and responsibilities are entering, updating, and maintaining data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently. Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correcting them as needed. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-checking with source documents or other data sets.
