I am an outgoing person who loves to travel to many places in the Philippines. I am a foodie but just recently learned how to cook. I was a communication graduate I took a career path that was related to it so I exposed myself to BPO industry. I was a technical support, a customer service representative and an admin officer. Though I had many positions I took for 8 yrs in BPO I was mostly on Customer Service part where I take inbound calls and provide accurate data and excellent customer satisfaction. My recent job was as Credit Assistant where we collect outstanding payment directly to the Supplier. We make sure data was correct and disputes as being attended to. Supplier usually provide credit note where we check if its's all correct. We mostly use Salesforce, ChatGPT and Manage Supplier/Manage order View as our tools.
