More Info About Me

I am Jozen Data, 35 years old, from Lipa City Batangas. I finished BS Accountancy from LPU Batangas. I had my first job at Southville International School & Colleges in Las Piñas as an Accounting Staff assigned on the company affiliates. After 7 months I was told that one of the affiliate school in Lipa City is looking for a staff in Accounting so I asked if I could be transferred. When I started in Stinyhurst Southville International School, the one in charge in the accounting also the one in charge of Admin works. So when I arrived there, I was the only doing all the works in the Accounting. From cashiering, depositing the cash and checks, inventory of the books and uniform, submission to government remittances, payroll, attendance checking, monitoring of receivables and payables, approval and monitoring of budget, encoding to Quickbooks, internal and external audit preparations and some other tasks that my superior asks. The Head of the Accounting that time was just visiting from the other campus once a week. Since SSIS was just starting that time, I was also asked to do some other tasks like releasing the requests of the employees, canvassing items for the Purchase Orders, accept inquiries, do campus tour, giving exams to employees and students and some other assignments when there are activities. After 2 years, I already became part of the management team discussing some of the plans and problems that the school is experiencing. We had a lot of decision makings done. I had a lot of experiences and learnings from the 10 years that I stayed in SSIS. I got married and got pregnant that’s why I decided to resign. I was having a hard time looking for someone that could take care of my children since my husband is a Seaman who always leave for months. Now that my children is big enough and do not need my full time, I want to work now to help my husband. I want to have a job that can be done at home while I can still oversee my children.
