Line of business is Retail (US and Canada). I handle contacts for Concession Abuse Prevention (CAP) Department in charge in assisting customers with high/low risk concession abuse. I handle contacts for Account Change Department in charge in assisting customers to update their accounts. I manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. I build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. I provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. I meet personal/customer service team target scores. I handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. I follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Lastly, I take the extra mile to engage customers.
