I am currently a full-time home-based mom. I have been working from home since the pandemic happened in the year 2020. I have worked in the corporate world for the past 4 years, the majority in the BPO companies as a Customer Support Specialist. During the height of the pandemic, I was given the chance to work remotely and that made me realize the convenience and benefits of having to work in the comforts of your home.
A customer support professional with years of experience handling different types of customers in different fields such as healthcare, telecommunication, travel, and the construction sector. I have a proven ability to provide excellent customer service in busy environments. Most of all I have the ability to adapt to customers' needs and match them with the right solutions. Adaptable to different roles assigned for continuous knowledge and skills advancement.

● Directly communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors for scheduling repairs,
servicing, and preventive maintenance.
● Offer comprehensive administrative support to managers, focusing on managing work orders
and tenant communication.
● Prepare daily repair schedules, manage work orders, schedule vendor services, and track
contractor progress through various phases, ensuring timely follow-ups and invoicing.
Answer inbound calls and help with scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information.
• Make outbound calls for patient appointment reminders, wellness checks, and more.
• Called and faxed pharmacies to submit prescriptions and refills.
• Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical
