1. Keep an updated and complete registry of all members;
2. Record, prepare, and maintain records of all minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and the General/Representative Assembly;
3. Ensure that necessary Board of Directors’ actions and decisions are transmitted to the management for compliance and implementation;
4. Issue and certify the list of members who are in good standing and entitled to vote as determined by the Board of Directors;
5. Prepare and issue Share Certificate;
6. Serve notice of all meetings called and certify the presence of a quorum of all meetings of the Board of Directors and the General/Representative Assembly;
7. Keep a copy of the Treasurers’ report and other reports;
8. Ensure facilitated communications within the office and with the members
9. Set up appointments and meetings, and make sure that everything runs according to plan.

11. Perform such other functions as may be prescribed in the By-laws or authorized by the Board of Directors.
1. Receives payment from members and pays withdrawal to members
3. Remit collections to the Treasurer;
4. Prepares daily collection and withdrawal reports and submit them to the Treasurer and Bookkeeper;
5. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by the Manager.
1. Prepares check/cash and journal vouchers;
2. Update subsidiary ledgers except for loans, share capital, and savings accounts;
3. Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Bookkeeper/Accountant.
