As an HR assistant I am directly reporting to the HR Manager, General Manager, and CEO. My responsibilities include gathering and processing employee databases, updating company policies and circulating them to staff, facilitating the recruitment process, responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits, auditing the organization's management system, and scheduling medical check-ups for staff to ensure they are fit to work in food handling areas.
I work as a secretary and administrative assistant for the consultant at Dar Al-Handasah. I report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Resident Engineer. My responsibilities include providing full support to ensure the smooth running of department operations, taking minutes of meetings, maintaining records, assisting in document control processes, preparing correspondences, performing data entry, recording, printing, and filing duties, and undertaking any ad-hoc admin duties as required.
