Hey! I'm Joyce Ann Raciles, 27, currently working as an IT Helpdesk and a Social Media Manager for my own small business.
I started out my career as a Customer Service Representative after I graduated College in 2017. I recently pursued a career in the IT industry, but I have been managing my own small business and grown my followers and customers through Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
I'm currently starting a career as a Virtual Assistant because I know that I have the skills and experiences to excel in this field. I am a highly-organized and detail-oriented person. I always have creative juices flowing within me and I personally enjoy creating different Social Media contents every day, such as Instagram reels and Tiktok videos.
My skills includes customer service, writing, creating unique and trendy contents, and editing videos. I am very confident with my multi-tasking skills and I communicate well with people. I'm also a fast-learner and I can work with minimal supervision as I'm an independent person. Gaining my clients and customers trust is highly important to me because I take pride with my work ethics and I want to have a very professional, yet friendly relationship with them.
