Personnel Administration
*Provides human resources management to the School Head and coordinates with AO IV (HRMO) of SDO in the
following HR-related functions:
-Recruitment and selection of applicants in the school assigned.
-Promotion and employment of personnel in the assigned school by checking and validating the completeness
and authenticity of documents to be submitted to the HRMO for preparation/issuance of appointment.
-Prepare Equivalent Record Form of qualified teachers and submit to SDO for processing.
Personnel Records
-Update regularly 201 files and maintain database of personal information of school personnel.
-Act/assist the designated Agency Authorized Officer (AO) in the field in terms of verifying/approving loans.
-Consolidate daily time record (DTR) of school personnel and prepare monthly report of service.
-Monitor and record the attendance/absence of school personnel and report to the school head any issues or concerns related thereto.
Compensation and Benefits
-compute and submit to Schools Division Office applicable personnel benefits for processing, funding and release (maternity benefits, step increment, salary differentials, overtime pay, proportional vacation pay, etc.)
-process retirement/separation benefits of school personnel
Financial Management
-assist the school head in preparing documents for procurement of office and school supplies.
-prepare cash advance, disbursement voucher, bank reconciliation, cash in bank register and liquidation report for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of the school.
- Opens and processes new accounts and other related bank services.
- Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit
accounts etc.
-Cross sells different bank products
-Performs clerical and administrative work.
-Prepares/evaluates documents for loan releases.
- Prepares loan documentation.
- Assists Account Officer in preparation of loan proposal.
- Prepares collection letter and other memos for Cooperatives.
- Monitors and prepares renewal of insurance.
Responsible for daily over-the-counter transactions and opening & closing of
accounts.
Attends/serves clients’ needs.
Cross-sells different products of the bank.
Handles customer queries & complaints and assists loan inquiries.
Balances & monitors GL of remittances.
Inventory of accountable forms.
