At this company, my main task is to answer tickets using Zendesk and swivel to admin tasks and be the technical resolutions desk. By admin, the task is to create reports regarding email drivers that customer support receiving for the day. Additionally, I work directly with the Developers and raised issues from the scrubbed technical problems of the customers.
