As a Legal Claim Specialist, I was responsible for assisting clients in understanding their insurance coverage, including Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Bodily Injury (BI) coverage. My role was to involve direct communication with insurance providers and case managers to ensure our clients receive the benefits they are entitled to.
The Product Researcher will analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and ensure our offerings meet customer needs and expectations.
As a CSR, I was responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling inquiries, and setting up repair appointments for customers. My role involved addressing customer needs efficiently and ensuring satisfaction throughout their service experience.
