I am a goal-oriented individual who is currently seeking to level up my career in the freelancing industry where I can impart my extensive skills and knowledge towards the organization. For the past 6 years, I have been to different roles and programs in the company that allowed me to gain various knowledge and skills from Telecommunication customer service advocate to Healthcare Services Trainer that helped achieve the company's business needs. With my strong passion in learning new things while helping individuals achieve their goals in the industry, I got promoted and have worked closely with training supervisors, managers and clients to help them identify and deliver training needs for both onshore and offshore new hires & existing employes may it be virtual or face to face set up. Part of my role is to measure effectiveness of the program through a series of evaluation and assessments allowing individuals to reach their full potential while meeting the company goals and objectives. Being a BPO trainer requires extensive skills and indeed, it's a great experience! This role made me realize the importance of possessing a growth mindset through resilience & hard work and being open for feedback for improvement. And with my experience and expertise, I'm confident that I can contribute positively to the freelancing industry and help clients meet their business goals and needs.
