I have loved tinkering with computers since childhood and have had an intense desire to pick them apart and learn how they work from the start. This early fascination grew in me over the years and I acquired a strong set of problem-solving skills. I have a bachelors degree in BS IT.

I have previous experience working as a Front Desk Clerk in a Hospital for several years. In this role, I interacted regularly with patients’ relatives and healthcare staffs (Nurse and Doctors) to help and assist them resolve their issues in the hospital. In addition to this, I am currently working in BizBox Inc. working as a Front-End Project Consultant. As a Project Consultant, I am tasked to oversee and manage the implementation of the project where I interact with some of the company’s administrators and other officials.

I am happy to be providing service and assistance to others. Moreover, I am familiar with a broad assortment of malware types and how to remove them or present them from infecting a system. Using what I know, I have been able to work with customers both remotely and in-person to resolve their computer-related difficulties. I thus am just as experienced with the technical end of IT as I am with the customer service end.
