I finished Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and I have been working in the corporate world for about 6 years now. Currently, I am working for a Practice Management Software that is based offshore as a Customer Support Coordinator. What I usually do is to help our customer understand how the software works, provide information about our software products, and also report bugs and incidents to our developers. I also write, create and update the articles or FAQ'S on our website's page.
I love watching TV Shows, series and movies on Netflix and Disney Plus during my free time.
