I’m a graduate from Father Saturnino Urios University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human resource Management and seeking for a position where I can best impart my knowledge and skills.
I was the former President of Junior People Management Association of The Philippines (JPMAP) and the former Vice- Governor of the Business Administration program in our university. With such experiences, I am confident that my Leadership, Critical Thinking and Communication skill will put me to an edge. Further, working under pressure is one my competencies since I’m exposed in participating both in Academic and Non-academic activities and still produces an acceptable work result to my instructors.

As human resources (HR) associate we are assigned to handle the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. We must assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities are the following:
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Computes employee Tax Withheld, SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth compensation payments.
• Communicating with potential job candidates.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
• Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
