Hi, I’m Josephine Franco a Registered Civil Engineer. I have been working as a Project / Construction Scheduler and I have gained valuable experience in Civil Engineering field for 3.5 years. My most recent position is with Elite Marine Construction Corp., where I work as a construction scheduler on several projects. I am responsible for Planning, Scheduling & Control of various projects using Primavera P6 software and assist the Project Manager in overseeing the progress of the construction project and guiding the project teams.

▪ Review plans, specifications of the project to prepare the activities, scope and target.
▪ Prepare project schedule using Primavera P6 considering equipment and manpower resources in coordination with Project and Site Engineers.
▪ Check and monitor onsite accomplishment, update daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment using Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA).
▪ Conduct regular site visit to check actual accomplishment versus planned.
▪ Prepare revised schedule, projected look ahead schedule and Critical Path Method (CPM).
