I was a BPO professional with almost 2 years of experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare company through voice support or customer service such as performing comprehensive support for healthcare members, including reviewing medical and prescription claims, verifying coverage for medical and pharmacy benefits, validating prior authorization details, processing and tracking monthly premium payments, fulfilling requests for plan materials, identifying in-network providers, and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless access to care. My background has equipped me with a strong understanding of healthcare operations, HIPAA compliance, and patient-centered communication.
With my proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and deliver quality support remotely, I am now aiming to transition into a Medical Virtual Assistant role.
