Acts as a focal person of all the school’s request.
Coordinate with the PGO Inspectorate for the processing of request.
Assist CBMS Program Manager.
Makes weekly/monthly report of the status of school’s request.
Provides Assistance to all coordinators in implementation of program/projects/activities
Collects, sorts out and posts daily patient discharged bill from different department.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports of the daily transactions of the different departments of the hospital
Receives, records and reviews receipted Veterans reimbursement payment checks.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports of the receipted veterans checks
Assist in the creation and distribution of brochures, flyers, and online content to promote the memorial park’s services.
Support digital marketing campaigns (social media posts, website updates, email newsletters).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Help coordinate client inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare presentations and sales kits for prospective clients.
Maintain and update the client database.
Assist in planning and executing events such as memorial services, community remembrance programs, and open house tours.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and event participants.
Administrative Tasks
Manage marketing inventory (brochures, promotional items).
Prepare reports on marketing activities and sales performance.
Assist the marketing manager with daily operational tasks.
Greet and assist visitors with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Provide accurate information about park services, policies, and packages.
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide product recommendations.
