- Data Verification: Cross-checked information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring there were no duplicates or errors. Use data validation to ensure correct data formats (e.g., dates, phone numbers).
- Database Maintenance: Regularly updated the database with new customer information and removed outdated or incorrect data.
- Reporting: Generated periodic reports on customer demographics, purchase patterns, and other relevant metrics for the client.
- Formatting: Format the spreadsheet for readability. Use bold headings, adjust column widths, and apply text wrapping where necessary. Use data validation to ensure correct data formats (e.g., dates, phone numbers).
- Data Organization: Sort the data alphabetically by Full Name. Use filters to allow easy searching and filtering of the data.
