Handles general queries
-Process request such us reversal, installments, card delivery etc
• Digital
- Answers all email requests: tracks, routes and resolves all general inquiries depending on the complexity of the request
- Checks pending orders/tracks the shipment of the orders/review refund requests
- Educates the customers (FAQs)
- Outbound call requests
• Social Media
- Answers all requests via Social Media (Google+, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Checks pending orders/tracks the shipment of the orders/review refund requests
- Outbound call requests
-Assists client with their member's timesheets and expense' approval
-Upload contracts
-Validate Invoices
-Validates timesheets
-Add and update resources' information
-Create Project code
-Update project information
-Handling onboarding to termination and everything in between such as absence or change in the role.
-Monitoring Reports
-Provides administrative services and acts as the point-of-contact for countries (BUs) assigned
Keeps track of training schedules and maintains the record of employees in the Learning Management System (MyLearning)
- Handles overall training logistics for global and local trainings
- Prepares and distributes learning materials and physically supports on training if necessary
- Coordinates with internal and external trainers and vendors
- Organizes on-boarding integration orientation of new employees
- Ticket management and troubleshooting
- Regularly updates process documentations
- Validates invoices and submit to Procurement for
processing of payment
- Performs RMA and claim requests from the internal teams and resellers through emails and calls; also does Inbound and Outbound calls
- Tracks, routes and resolves all general inquiries depending on the complexity of the request via emails and calls.
- Sends daily reports and monitors Team’s pending tasks, determine what needs to be done, and provides follow through.
- Communicates directly with the vendor in completion of the specific process for the both US and Canada.
- Also mentors her colleagues on behalf of the Team Lead
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
